This Shipping Policy explains how and when your Ayurveda Nexus order is delivered.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Areas & Time
We currently ship across India. Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping applies to all orders above ₹2000.
For orders below ₹2000, standard shipping charges apply. These are calculated based on your delivery location and are shown at checkout before you complete payment, so you always know the total before you pay.
We may run additional shipping offers from time to time. Any such offer will be displayed at checkout.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across India. You can also pay online at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will share tracking details by email or SMS (where available) so you can follow your delivery.
Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to courier issues, weather, festivals or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will help track any delayed order.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
