Terms & Conditions
Independent partnership: A partner / direct-selling associate is an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of Ayurveda Nexus. No employer–employee relationship is created.
Company policies apply: Products of brands such as Asclepius Wellness Private Limited and Elements Wellness Private Limited are sold under the direct-selling model. Registration, commissions, returns and payouts for these products are governed solely by the respective company’s official policies, agreements and applicable law. Ayurveda Nexus only facilitates introductions and information.
No guaranteed income: There is no fixed or assured income. Any earnings depend entirely on your own effort, actual product sales and the respective company’s compensation plan.
Fees: Ayurveda Nexus charges no fee to share partnership information. Any registration fee or product purchase, if applicable, is payable directly to the respective company as per its policy.
Honest representation: Products are wellness / Ayurvedic / nutritional products and must not be presented as a cure or guaranteed treatment for any disease. No misleading health or income claims may be made.
Legal compliance: Partners must comply with all applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, and conduct themselves ethically at all times.
No pyramid / money-circulation scheme: This is a product-based direct-selling opportunity. Earnings are based on genuine product sales, not merely on enrolling other people. Any prohibited money-circulation activity is strictly not permitted.
Right to decline: Ayurveda Nexus reserves the right to accept or decline any partnership enquiry at its sole discretion.
