Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions below.
Eligible Returns
The product is unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
You received a damaged, defective or wrong item.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:
Consumable products — juices, syrups, oils, tablets, teas and other ingestibles.
Personal care and hygiene products — face washes, toners, creams, sanitary pads, etc.
This does not affect your right to a replacement or refund if the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Products Not Sold Directly by Us (Direct-Selling Brands)
This return and refund policy applies only to products that are sold and shipped directly by Ayurveda Nexus through this website.
Certain products listed for information, enquiry or consultation — including all products of Asclepius Wellness Private Limited and Elements Wellness Private Limited — are offered under the direct-selling model and are not sold directly through this website. As we do not sell these products online, no return, refund or exchange is offered by Ayurveda Nexus for these products.
Any purchase, return, refund or replacement of such direct-selling products is governed solely by the policies of the respective company and its authorised distributor. Ayurveda Nexus accepts no liability in this regard.
How to Request a Return
Email support@ayurvedanexus.com or call +91 7058958859 within 30 days, with your order number and photos (for damaged/wrong items).
Our team will review your request and share return instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it as guided.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per this policy.
